Moni Mekhala & Ream Eyso

The battle between Moni Mekhala, goddess of the seas, and Ream Eyso, a demon, is a popular story and dance drama that explains the origins of lightning, thunder and rain. This design depicts the part from the story when Ream Eyso swings his diamond axe, causing Moni Mekhala to release her crystal ball in the air, generating lightning that blinds the demon. This causes Ream Eyso to throw away his axe, sending it through the air and slicing through the clouds causing thunder.
